Dental Fear & Anxiety

Dental-anxietyPatients come to our practice with all kinds of previous dental experiences. We do not judge nor do we make your anxiety a reason we are unable to treat you. We work with you to overcome these fears and anxieties with the goal of taking you out of pain or to creating the smile that you have always wished for. No matter how simple or complicated the procedure, we will discuss your oral health options with you and educate you in your choices. With the right information, you can be sure you are in control.

We have several ways to accommodate you as a patient at our practice:

  • Nitrous oxide (NO2) sedation onsite
  • Minimal sedation via prescription
  • Moderate sedation including the capability of providing amnesia
  • Deep sedation and general anesthesia

We have a licensed dental anesthesiologist on staff. Dr. Patrick McCarty comes to the office when patients require more than minimal sedation for larger procedures.
